What is the best time of day to book my move?
We suggest scheduling your move in the morning, if possible, with our earliest time slot starting between 8-9 AM. The earlier we start, the sooner you can enjoy your home!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments, and certified checks. We are cashless.
Do I have to tip my movers?
Tipping is at your discretion. If you’re satisfied with the service, we recommend tipping around 15-20% of the total move cost.
Is tipping included in the overall cost?
No, tipping is not included in your moving quote and is entirely up to you.
Will you call me before delivery?
Yes! On the morning of your move, you’ll receive a text or call confirming the timing. The foreman will reach out 15-30 minutes before arrival, and our customer success team will follow up after the move.
What should I do if items are damaged during the move?
Please contact our customer success team right away. We’ll also reach out post-move to hear about your experience and address any concerns.
How will the movers know what items to take?
The moving crew will have your contract and inventory list on hand. Before packing, the foreman will walk you through your items to confirm what stays and what goes.
Can the movers arrange furniture in my new home?
Yes! With our white-glove delivery service, we’ll gladly help arrange the furniture in your new space.
Do I have to stay with the movers while they work?
